Service Description

We provide medical cannabis evaluations and certification for eligible patients in Minnesota and Illinois. Our physician reviews your medical history, current medications, and qualifying condition to determine whether medical cannabis may be appropriate for you. If approved, we complete the required certification through Minnesota’s Medical Cannabis Registry.
